Being crowned Miss Hellene was one of the most enriching and unbelievable accomplishments I have had throughout my modeling career. Not only was it an unforgettable experience at the time, but it has provided me with memories that I still cherish today. Miss Hellene was an experience which allowed me to meet a group of amazing Greek girls which I still call my friends today. Taking part in the competition allowed me to get more involved in the Greek community which led to experiences such as the Greek Culture Tour, unforgettable Greek Socials and of course meeting many new Greek faces! Since winning Miss Hellene I have been inspired to learn more about the culture of Greece. I started studying the language and I was privileged enough to visit Greece twice in my year of reign. The competition gave me a new confidence in myself and taught me that no dream is out of reach when one is driven and focused. I definitely would advise girls to enter as regardless of the crown…. The experience alone is unforgettable and teaches one so much! I am so grateful to all those who were a part of my reign and I will always remember the amazing opportunities that Miss Hellene provided me with. To all the girls that enter this year… GOOD LUCK!
